Mirror Coaching 
Horses are powerful mirrors that allow individuals to look at their reflection through the horse(s) behaviors or aspects of themselves they might not otherwise see. Your Coach will co-facilitate a session by collaborating with a horse or a herd of horses to provide an environment where you can safely explore the issues that brought you into coaching  OR to discover  elements of yourself  that you were not aware existed until now. Either way you are bound to leave this experience oftentimes with profound insights, thoughts, and feelings which can be a catalyst for self-discovery and growth.
